Clients' Interest

TxIS’ clients receive a well defined package consisting of:

• The Intellectual Property’s functional “proof-of-concept”
• Global prior art and prior publication search result
• Filed legal protection (Provisional, Utility, PCT)
• Signed Technology Transfer Agreement between TxIS, the inventors, and the owner of the IP, guaranteeing TxIS’ exclusive right to represent and market the IP.

The ownership of the IPs marketed by TxIS is transferred to TxIS’ client upon purchase of the IP.
