New Technologies

TxIS’ Technology on Demand program provides powerful and dynamic access to the Institute’s more than 15,000 professors and research scientists.

The program assists professors and scientists in publishing their ideas, research programs, models, and technologies in an unrestricted form. Critical advantages for the submitting professors and scientists are:

  • Should the material be published on TxIS’ Technology on Demand site, the material will be reviewed by thousands of Western industrial technologists.
  • The submission may include the fact that the technology is not complete yet, and the submitting scientist requires additional financing.
  • As a normal course of operation, TxIS searches its database to find the right scientist for a project the Institute has received. If material submitted under the New Technologies program attracts industrial interest, TxIS will not search its database for additional scientists, but will work directly with the submitting scientist.
